Life changer!
After fighting to clean some muffin tins after making egg bites, I got the bright idea to look into silicon muffin pans. Man, it WAS a bright idea. I made another batch today for a UU Congregational lunch, and once they cooled they literally fell out of the pans when I turned them over. And by literally, I mean literally! ;-)Some reviewers apparently didn’t read the product description and complained that these are too flexible. Well, by themselves they are too flexible. You need to place them on a baking sheet and then place them into the oven. Easy peasy.OK, they won’t change my whole life, but they will make it a lot easier. I haven’t tried regular muffins or corn muffins in these pans but I look forward to doing to.

Love the muffin silicone pans that I purchased specifically to make my egg bites, they are the size & I can make bacon, sausage & ham. Then make a pan with all the meats with the leftovers. Love them & it’s an easy clean up.

Cups are too close together, you still have to use non-stick spray
It was a good price for 3 of them. I didnât know (ignorance/inexperience) that they were so flimsy/floppy and require to be placed on a baking sheet for stability = extra dishes to clean. The cup openings are VERY close together, so if you have fluffy muffin tops- theyâll definitely cook together and have to be cut apart. They arenât as non-stick as I thought theyâd be, but this is the first time that Iâve ever used silicone bakewareâ¦so maybe thatâs how all of it is. I assumed that you no longer had to use muffin cup liners (such a tedious hassle) or non-stick spray (always still sticky/baked on top of muffin tins after washing = require scrubbing) and that theyâd just fall out easily (maybe I saw it on an infomercial). My experience now, is that you have to actually push them out of each cup from the bottom (also tedious & inefficient), and they still leave about as much of the muffin within the silicone cup as would normally be on a peeled off paper or foil cup liner. However, theyâve never burned and are always moist -so if you use non-stick spray I guess itâs a good trade from metal pans.

So flimsy, not even worth buying
These are so flimsy. You canât even lift the tray with raw batter without it completely collapsing. The only way to use it is to put it on a cookie tray and then put the batter in the cups. These are 0/10 terrible. Came as a pack of 3. Maybe if I stack all three together it will be firm enough to not collapse? What a waste of money.
