these make a great gift
These are easy to clean, high quality baking mats. I love to roast veggies as a side dish with meals. Before investing in baking mats, I was using a lot of parchment paper to keep food from sticking to the baking sheets. These mats work great! Food doesn’t stick to them and they wash up so easily. These would make great gifts for the people in your life who love to cook.

Easy clean up.
This is just the solution to my bread baking challenge. With just a bit of flour on it, the dough can be folded and formed without sticking. Clean up is a breeze even with hand washing. I also got the MMmat silicone cradle to place the dough on in the Dutch oven.

Use inside air fryer/oven
Bought these to use in a Breville air fryer/oven. They fit the quarter sheet baking pans I have and do a wonderful job of keeping the pans clean under cooking food as well as creating a non-stick surface for baked goods. No need for aluminum foil or parchment. I also use them as drip pans under the air fryer basket, at temperatures up to 450°, so they are in the oven every time I use it. Clean up is a breeze. After a year they look as good as new.

I use this item when cooking in the oven. Have you ever put toasted ravioli directly on your pan, closed the oven, and then have to pry the ravioli off the pan when the baking time is up?
