I purchase my spices from a big box store but they take up too much space, so I came across this item and it changed it up for me. No more big bulky spice bottles, I fill the containers with the appropriate spice, it looks neat and organized and refill as needed.

Lid holds water afer washing.
The item was a 6 pack of containers. I was surprised of the size of the box that had 6 of them, but overall it’s a good size for me to store snacks and stuff on my counter. Not too big to fit an entire box of cereal. The one thing I didn’t like, thus the minus one star, and that I’m a neat freak. I do like to “wash” my containers before use, after use and if they have been sitting around for a while. The container part is great as you can wipe it down. But the lids, once you dunk them in water, the water will stay in the lid and there is no way to get it dried. — actually if it’s a very hot day and you shake it and wipe under the rubber sealer — which you can’t take off — and then shake and wipe a few times. Then leave it out for about 2 days and it seems to be dry by that time. (this is why my rating for Easy to clean is 2 stars) Since the lids are hard to wash, I’m mainly using them for things that are wrapped. Like wrapped mints, small bars and other smaller packaged items. I’ll probably use saran wrap or something between a dry food item and the lid so that I won’t need to wash the lid as much. I still decided to give them 4 stars because they are nice containers once the lids are dry. Let’s see how well they hold up.

Disappointed
I liked the look of these containers. But they have several defects. The lids can only be wiped down with a cloth. If water is used it fills the lid. Next the don’t always hold their seal. The lid will pop up even after ensuring that the correct position of the lid is used. As for the containers themselves, they are made of cheap, thin plastic. I had one split in half when I picked it up. I never put these in the dishwasher. Nice idea, but I wouldn’t recommend for daily use.
