Fantastic microwave
I love this microwave so much. My favorite aspect is probably how quietly it runs. In addition, I love the quick cook options. Very very easy to adjust the power level. It defrosts meat without cooking it. I’m on my third microwave in four years, and I wish I’d found this one sooner! Besides working really well, it also looks great. I love the clean look of the white, and it’s SO easy to keep clean. It seems really high quality, and I think it’ll hold up well. I’ll report back in the future.

Great buy
I have had two sharp microwave ovens in the last 30 years, why? Because that is how long they last! For me this brand has always been trustworthy. After scanning the directions, ( how to turn off the child lock, and set the clock) everything worked perfectly the first time and buttons and directions were easy to understand. I love this brand of microwave because of the rotating carousel, you never have to stop and rotate the contents. What I donât like as much is that the older models were white on the inside, and seemed much brighter and visible due to the interior color. This model has a dark gray interior which makes the light appear much darker, and any messes harder to see. All in all this is a dependable brand at a great price and I would definitely buy it again.

This is my 3rd Sharp Carousel in 30 years. My last one still worked but the door hooks would match and parts are no longer made so I had to buy new. The bottom little legs are either not even (yes I checked and tried to adjust them) or the metal base is warped. I had to put a piece of cardboard under one leg to keep it level. It would drive me nuts wobbling if I didnât. Not worth returning over. It looks and works great.

Not as good as the one it replaced.
It took longer than expected. I’ll excuse that because of the weather though. We purchases this to replace a Sharp model that we had owned since 2002. The ‘specs’ were similar and we expected a similar replacement. It replaces in that it seems to cook the same and basically has the same settings features. My disappointment in this comes from it’s overall construction; the casing is very tinny and hollow sounding as if they skimped on putting some insulation between the inner and outer shell. When cooking this adds to the overall decibel level; it is quite a bit louder than the older model. The last thing that annoyed me was no matter where I set it it was wobbly like those pesky restaurant tables you get sometimes. t was as if one ‘leg’ was shorter than the other. I figured out which one and stuck a little felt pad on it and that solved the issue. I’m sure I’ll have to replace the pads as time goes on and the unit is moved for cleaning. For a few cents more those legs could be adjustable. Bottom line, in my opinion, this is one more example of ‘they just don’t make things like they used to’. This will work for us; it most likely won’t last as long as the older one and we’ll dispose of it and buy another.

Great Purchase
I always buy Sharp they’re the most reliable microwaves. They last for years and years and they’re quiet. I bought the stainless steel and it’s very pretty. I love the size of the microwave and that it has a dark gray interior instead of white. This one is very powerful at 1100 watts and has an inverter which heats the food evenly with no burnt edges or popping. I love how the control panel is easy to use. I think this purchase makes me think I got a lot of value for the money during a time of high inflation. There are some negative reviews which I guess I don’t really understand…
