Great product!
This is my second Sharp microwave and I am very pleased! I like the modern look of the LED lights on the inside and the gray interior is a nice change. It works well and pops popcorn in under two minutes.

Best microwave I’ve ever owned.
This microwave is bigger than my previous counter top microwaves. It is very easy to use, heats great and has a safety door lock when heating ends. A push of a button releases the lock and you can then open the door. This would prevent a child from opening the door and steam escaping. Best oven I have ever had and I highly tecommend.

It’s a little smaller, but big enough to get the job done. More noisy than expected, but power level is 100%. Adheres to new child safety door lock requirements.

Reliable Microwave
This is the 3rd Sharp Carousel 1.1cf microwave i have bought over rhe last 15 years. It fits my microwave cabinet, is quiet & heats items quickly. The cost of the unit is also very affordable. This one has a child lock that my other ones didn’t. I use the 30 second button most.

You literally cannot go wrong with this microwave. Whether you’re brining it to college or wanting a good, reliable, countertop microwave for your home, a Sharp Carousel is the best! I had one decades ago before buying my first home, and then my first couple homes had ones that hung above the stove. Being short, I HATE that. So now that I’m in my Forever Home, I sold the above-stove microwave, had a vent fan put in, and this trusty Sharp Carousel sits on a shelf in a nearby pantry closet–only because I need the countertop space. I use it mainly to reheat. (My toaster oven is the only thing that gets to sit on the countertop.)You won’t be disappointed.These are the OG!

I am a loyal Sharp microwave customer so when I needed a new microwave this model was my top choice. And it is even better than expected. Quiet operation, easy to clean, lots of helpful functions (like express cooking, timer, etc). Love it!

Great looking, great performer
Don’t know how they did it, but they fit a 1000 W microwave with an internal size of 1.1 cubic ft. Into a smaller space than my last 950 watt microwave. Many years ago our first microwave was Sharp and we never had a problem. After a kitchen redesign , we were told to get a small well known two initial American brand. We have gone through 3 in 8 years. I was just going to buy the same because this Sharp microwave was buried in Amazon results and most 1.1 cubic foot microwaves were too large. Fortunately , I was persistent. So far we are thrilled!Thanks Amazon for getting it to us so quickly!

Does What It Should
I bought this microwave oven to replace a 19 year old Sharp Carousel model that I bought back in 2005. This new microwave is very similar to my old one but it’s only 1000 watts whereas my old one was 1100 watts. The overall dimensions are smaller than my old microwave oven, but I think that’s because technology has changed and they know how to make these ovens more practical and much smaller. It’s also much lighter in weight! I can’t believe how quiet this microwave oven is compared to my old one! The exhaust fan on my old oven was so noisy and loud. I can barely tell this microwave is running when it’s on! It doesn’t have all the special features like preset reheat times based on dinner plate size nor does it have the soften presets for ice cream and butter and stuff like that. I never really used those features that much to begin with on the older model, but it was nice to know that they were there. Anyway, this is a good replacement for the exact same model that I bought 19 years ago. I’m happy with it. Highly recommended!
