My kids were using up my parchment paper super fast. I have silicone liners(kids wonât use) for cookie sheets, so i only used parchment paper for my metal bread pans. Since iâve eliminated fats/oils from my diet, I canât grease my bread pans. These are just the thing, as i make all my own bread. The price was good. I hope to never buy parchment paper again.Update: i made banana berry bread today. The bread popped right out of this pan, and washed up easily. The size is good. It is on the thin size, but holds its shape just fine. My bread turned out perfectly.

Long sides donât keep the shape
Nice nonstick but the long sides bow outward because they are not rigid enough. If you want a nicely shaped loaf you have to put into a normal tin to keep it from bowing in the middle. Then it works great!
