These are those very traditional porcelain cups that are great for serving simple or elaborate desserts such as creme brulee, fruit crumbles, mini salads, and other types of food.The quality and the finish are very good, up to the standards of most good manufacturers and the demands of the best restaurants. I didn’t notice any imperfections or spots on the surface of the porcelain.The size is larger than what you’d see in a traditional fancy French restaurant, but still good for a pretty generous creme brulee.As with most porcelains, it is very easy to clean, it can go to the microwave, regular stove, electric oven, and dishwasher. Machine washable.

Classic white ramekins
I’m so pleased with these little guys! They are the classic white design that immediately comes to my mind when I hear the word “ramekin.” They are nice and heavy and feel very sturdy. The slick, glazed surface ensures that food doesn’t stick. I made chocolate lava cakes in them tonight. I just spritzed a little Baker’s Joy in them before adding the batter. When they were done, I inverted them onto their serving plates and they came out easily, nothing sticking to the ramekins. I can’t wait to use these to make individual soufflés! Or individual shepard’s pies, or pot pies. Or single serve cheesecakes. They would also be great for serving snacks like chips or nuts. So many possibilities!I like the way they look stacked in my cabinet and I can see myself using them for all kinds of things. I’m very happy with these ramekins.

A Kitchen Must Have!!!
I love this set of 6 White Porcelain Ramekins. These things can be used for so many things…OMG!!! I purchased because I love to entertain and this set fits the bill because I can use for spices, sauces/salsa, dips, fruit or appetizers. This set is classy and looks good on a set table or buffet table. I love the you can put them in the oven, microwave and they are chip resistant. They hold 8oz. I also plan to use for baking, small individual treats. They definitely help with portion control. I love them so much. Get a set!!! They are excellent quality, durable and sturdy. So easy to clean. I live the simple design on them as well. I highly, highly recommend.

Nice ramekins
These ramekins are a bit on the thinner side, but hopefully they will stand up to regular ramekin use. Other than being a little less hefty than I’m used to seeing ramekins, these are otherwise a decent set, cleanly made with no flaws. They wash up well and were shipped fast and very well packed against breakage.Every kitchen needs a set of ramekins. Theyre so useful for all kinds of things, everything from prep work to souffles. I considered getting a smaller set but decided to stick with the standard eight-ounce size so I wouldn’t have to wrestle with adjusting recipes.So far they seem to stand up well to ordinary use. No complaints.

Must have, use them all day
Years ago I started a personal breakfast habit of yogurt and blueberries, sometimes raspberries. I would always use the ramekins we had, at least when there were clean ones in the cupboards. They also came in handy for all kinds of good and not so healthy snacks during the day and night (ice cream, nuts, candy) and for the adventurous more complex food items. As the family expanded, including both kids, dogs and cats our ramekins disappeared into kids bedrooms, became pet food bowls and just broke when they hit the floor a few too many times unloading the dishwasher. So Iâm a big fan. These are the perfect size, plain white and seem very well made. Good value. Highly recommended

I got the set of 6 ramekins. To be clear, all 6 you receive are the same size that you chose, even though some of the product photos show 6 ramekins of varying sizes. I got the 8oz variant and I’ve used them for a couple of things now (souffle , quiche) and they are just the right portion size in my opinion. I’ve used them in the microwave as well as my dishwasher with no issues or chipping. I would recommend them if the price is right for you.
