I love the size, shape and ridged design and they are just PERFECT to have modest portions of various desserts in them, allowing me to stay within a reasonable consumption without feeling guilty or counting calories! Great for Flan and Creme Brulee…
You know, I’ve been having fun making Flan and Crème Brûlée in my instant pot, among other things. I originally bought these for us in our air fryer. So I’m at the point where I want to make both Flan and Crème Brûlée at the same time and could probably use some more of these 6oz ramekins.Much to my surprise, I bought these almost two years ago and the price hasn’t changed. That tells me that this vendor hasn’t jumped on the “it’s inflation and everything is going up” bandwagon and while I might be able to find some at a lower cost if I spent them time, I’m giving THEM the business because they’re not taking advantage of customer like I truly believe many vendors are nowadays.Not only do these hold up well in the instant pot, they hold up well in our air fryer. I believe I may have also used them in oven once. They clean up easily and even after cleaning them, we always put them in the dishwasher.
