I bought these for a get together with family for which I made a charcuterie type spread and salad for everyone to make their own plates. These tongs are fantastic! I figured once everyone left I would put them away till the next get together, but no, I use them all the time. My family eats salad every day so i just continued to cut up veggies and meats and cheeses and all the salad fixins like I did when we had company and we use the tongs just the same. If I make a big salad that I throw everything together in, these tongs work for that too.They are thin metal so at first I was thinking they’d be shoddy, but they are somehow sturdy and all of them work perfectly. The craftsmanship is beyond what I expected by far. They wash up great in the dishwasher too.I love these so much and they are so useful that I bought them their own utensil caddy to put on the kitchen counter. That way they are always close to hand for whatever I need them for. I highly recommend these for daily use and for setting up a spread for many people. So versatile!

Very nice tongs – I bought these as extras for a shower I was hosting, but they have become a staple when I am entertaining. They are a good size – not small, and they are a good weight/thickness. They are NOT like the cheap, disposible ones.

BEST ALL PURPOSE TONGS I’VE EVER USED IN THE KITCHEN
I use them nearly every day. For flipping bacon, for grabbing grated cheese and tomatoes and lettuce on taco night, for scooping up a fish filet, for serving pretty much anything on a buffet table. They are strong and open wide enough that we never have difficulty using them. Even though they don’t come with serrated edges, they still hold items nicely all the way to your plate. They wash up perfectly in the dishwasher. I store them nested in each other and just pull from the bottom of the “fan” they create. All 6 of them now sit in the same space where I previously kept only 2 of a different style. Win win.
