Nice Knife Set
I already had a steak knife set similar to this one, which contained six knives in a drawer block. I paid a lot more for my original set than most steak knife sets cost because it came in the drawer block and I felt that made it worthy of the extra cost. Ten+ years later, I still feel this way. The drawer block keeps the knives in good condition, prevents them from sliding around in the drawer and protects hands and fingers from injury when reaching into the drawer. I would not have been in the market for new steak knives, but we recently purchased an RV that is kept at a seasonal campsite and we found ourselves in need of some new steak knives to keep there. I was so happy to see this set of 12 available and I ordered them without hesitation. My original set has black handles and has held up well over the years, but it does not match my silverware, which is just stainless steel. I thought it would be nice to bring my smaller set with the black handles to our seasonal camp and replace them with these nicer looking solid stainless steel ones at home. These knives are very nice looking and will look much better when placed at a table setting when hosting a dinner where steak knives are needed. The serrated edge on these is sharp, so I’m even happier to have the knife block for the drawer. There are a few knives that seem to be a bit thicker than the others and fit tighter in the slots in the block than the others, but this isn’t a big deal. I’m not sure if I’ll ever need all twelve at once, but it’s nice to have the option. I was able to stack two next to my cutlery tray in a drawer. The other is stored in the back of the drawer to be pulled out if needed. My one and only minor complaint about this set is that my knife blocks all have a “polka dot” pattern on them. Each block was wrapped in bubble wrap inside a cardboard box and I believe that whatever sealant was put on the blocks must not have been completely dry before packaging and the bubble wrap made an impression all over the wood. I did attempt to quickly wash and scrub each block to see if it would smooth out, but it did not. Aside from this unintentional imprint on the blocks, I am very happy with this knife set!

Heavy and durable
I was really surprised at the quality of these knives and the forks. They are weighted very well, which is important to me in silverware. Subconsciously I feel the only way people tell the quality of silverware is by how heavy it is. Both the knives and the forks are equal quality.I particularly love this style of steak knife as it comes in handy for everyday dinners. It still matches the rest of the silver dinnerware and doesn’t seem as intense as the traditional steak knives. I find that I use these all the time.They are very sharp and I use them instead of butter knives most of the time.The shape of these is very comfortable to hold and I would consider this a great value.

The wood boxes are a nice touch
I wanna like these knives, but I feel like they have a cheap feel to them. They are serrated and they cut well and they do have a sleek look to them, but they feel really light in the hand and they remind me of restaurant cutlery I do like that they come in the wooden boxes to keep them secure. They are sharp enough to cut through a steak and while they claimed that their dishwasher safe, I prefer to wash knives by hand. Probably a good value for your money.

Nice guest knives
These knives are about the weight of a typical butter knife but with the kind of blade found on restaurant steak knives. With each set of four knives sharing one wooden tray each, they were perfect for setting up an outdoor buffet on my deck overlooking my lake and then everybody sitting down wherever they wished.The knives appear to have a good finish and everybody liked them.

Strong, sharp, shiny & sanitary silverware
Flatware with added handles attached always seemed like a bacterial breeding ground, especially wooden ones that aren’t even dishwasher safe. These give the benefits of those easier-to-grip handles but are sleek, modern-looking, and easily maintained. The knives arrive with plastic tip protectors and cardboard sleeves that can be reused if not storing these in a knife block. They’re sharper and have thicker blades than the average steak knives I’ve used before, so they feel nice and sturdy. The forks are sturdy as well, so I couldn’t easily bend the fork and even the tines were difficult to flex. The only negative thing I could think of was that the ends of the handles all come to a bit of a point, but how often does one need to stab something hard enough to make that an issue anyway?
