This is a good sized pan with a better-than average handle and a small place to grip on the opposite side. The cover is very well-made. You can cook a lot of stuff with this, and it is easy to clean. My wife and I looked at lots of options and we feel this is the best one for our kitchen.

This fry pan has a nice modern look, is light enough to lift safely, heats evenly, and holds enough food for a family meal. The handles do not get very hot during stove top cooking and the non-stick coating is outstanding, easy to clean up and zero sticking of food. A bit of condensation or water does collect inside the outer rim of the lid during cooking or washing, but it is less than I have seen in similar lids. The item requires assembly to add the handles. Instructions for assembly are clear, and a Philip’s screwdriver is included for the task. The screwdriver was nice enough I kept it for future needs.

The size of this pan is large.. but still only requires the medium burner, not the largest one on my glass stovetop. This pan is freaking awesome. Food cooks like nothing Ive ever experienced, it slides around, literally non-stick.. and clean up is easier than a breeze. Iâm 81+ and have been cooking for 21 of them. This has been the best pan ever. Itâs sturdy, easy to clean, and manageable on a an electric stove.

Nice pan and the extra depth makes it great for making spaghetti sauce – the reason I bought it. The clear lid fits great and the whole pan isnât overly heavy although itâs got some heft to it. I had issues with a different pan that claimed to be ‘induction ready’, but this one works perfectly with my induction stove. Non stick surface works perfectly and cleanup is very easy. I always clean it by hand with just a touch of dish soap and warm water. Even came with a screw driver, to attach the handles, which rivals some of my best tools. Very happy with my purchase.

Used this pan a few times. Definitely a non stick surface. This pan should last a very long time. I do not cook on high but rather pre-heat in medium and lower the temperature to cook. Heavy pan and holds the heat very well. Very pleased with my purchase.
I am adding this to my review. I decided to use this pan to make Rice Krispie squares. Instead of pouring the melted marshmallow mixture into the Rice Krispies I reversed this process and poured the Rice Krispie into the pan. Much easier as the mixture stayed warm and pliable. Nor more rushing to stir and get into the pan. Wow! Game changer and of course not sticking in this fabulous pan.

I have been using this pan everyday since purchased. Best pan I have ever bought. Easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Solid, good handles, lid has thick glass with steam hole and solid wood handle.
