Easy to clean
These is a great set, with a sturdy handle that does not gets wobbly over time. I like how easy to clean they are, even with sticky things like oatmeal, a quick rinse and you can wipe off everything with a sponge.I had one with a bit of wear after a few months, yet the customer service was super friendly and willing to replace the pan.The large sauce pan is great for deep frying or sauteing as the heat transfer is really good!

Great cookware
I absolutely love cooking with these ceramic cookware that I have had for a few months now. They cook food evenly and clean up is effortless. I wish they made a Dutch oven in larger size. Getting rid of all my older pots and pans because it makes cooking a bit more pleasurable and easier. Nothing sticks to this cookware.

Nice set
Was very pleased with the quality of this set. However it arrived with the largest skillet chipped into the ceramic. Donât want to have to go through the trouble of returning the set and waiting again for a replacement so just gonna keep them. Other than that they have a nice appearance and look forward to using them this weekend. Extra bonus that the wood knobs werenât damaged and they supplied a screwdriver. Not that most households donât have a screwdriver but it is a nice touch!! Also very space saving for someone that has limited space. Love this option!!!

If you’re on the fence just get these! They are amazing. They came with a recyclable packaging. And you need to screw the handles on yourself but they do include a full screw driver. I’ve been using them for a week. They are amazing, easy to cook with easy to clean. Perfect.

My wife and I have been using these for a couple of months now, and have been more than happy with them. They seem to heat evenly, and the non-stick is great. Let’s hope they stay this way down the road.

Missing parts, bad customer service
Contacted Sensarte customer service via website .net twice and customer service on their .com site once, as well as the email they provide sensarte@customer.net and had no responses over the past 3 weeks. I have 3 handles without gear to attach them and no way to connect them. With the price being so high for my order I am not going to spend more money where these should be provided. Quality is amazing, just haven’t been able to use them since the 3 missing parts are my daily staples. Quality great, customer service so far is awful. I’ll update if this post gets me anyone to contact me back. Hoping I get their attention.UPDATE:KNOCKED IT FROM 3 TO 1 STAR. Contacted by them after a negative post and 4 emails on 3 different email options i had to find. They then tell me theyre out of screws, ignore my mention they seem to be previously owned, and then proceed to offer me ONLY $5, after prematurely tossing all my old pans, and then tell me the $5 is to cover the 3 screws im missong and not to worry about the washers cause they’ll attach anyways.It is and “LA company” but its customer service and manufacturing and all is out of China. The responses all are “Hi friend,” in terrible paragraph form and english, and signed with a chinese tag at the end. Which, i love china companies, that are quality and honest about such. But theyve basically said fix it yourself, we’re all outta screws. Utter BS for the price value. Especially since you cant buys screws individually and they are more than $5No coming back to a company like this.

They come nicely packaged.You have to assemble the handles for the pans and glass lids.We really like them! So far nothing is sticking to the pans. Everything slides off.It comes with a couple utensils which is nice. We only use the silicon / plastic utensils so we donât scratch the pots or pans.We wash them with a sponge (and dish soap of course) as anything else would scratch them and mess them up.These are definitely much better than our previous set of pots and pans (different brand).Highly recommend.
