Great toaster
I had been looking for a toaster that could toast a variety of breads and not break the bank.After reading some of the reviews I was concerned if I made the right choice. Iâve had it about a month or so and have NEVER had an issues. We use it several times a week.Itâs toast a variety of breads and even warms them when needed. Itâs very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. Iâve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. Iâve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. Itâs easy to clean and look so nice on my counter.The price isnât to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. Itâs better then buying some of those from Walmart or Target that arenât so pretty but cheap and cheaply made.

I just received the toaster. It is nice looking and easy to use.My English muffins went in with plenty space for the size.I foresee no problem with the wider sized breads.Digital pictures of the various breads, etc. is very helpful.The timer can be adjusted if you change your mind for more or less time.I’d recommend this toaster.

Inconsistent Toasting
I purchased this toaster mostly for looks and style for my kitchen and based on the reviews.Unfortunately this toaster is so inconsistent in toasting anything. Constantly burning the food no matter what bread setting or color you want.This toaster is not even an year old and it almost started the waffles on fire this morning. Luckily I watch the toaster.I’m tossing it out today!It looks great on the counter but that’s about it.

This product is a toaster with an LED screen originally I thought maybe you touched the screen to change the type but you do not.The bagel setting is interesting and you have to make sure you place it facing the right way that it shows on the top of the toaster itself, it just a toasts the bottom side of the bagel.I would generally assume I like my toast on the lighter side but on this toaster I do seem to go about 60% toasted. I bought this product to replace a cheap version and it is a much better quality and pops the toast up really easy by just pressing cancel.

Horrible Customer Service with company SEEDEM -DON’T BUY
The toaster itself doesn’t seem bad, but the company that manufactures/makes this toaster “SEEDEM” their customer service is the worst. First of all, there is no phone number in the manual to reach out to them if you have any questions. I tried to reach them via e-mail – they didn’t reply, I tried to send them a text/chat message via their website – no reply. So finally I went thru Amazon “contact seller” they finally replied – but gave me a very very generic answer to my question, I continued to try and get my answer, and still have not rec’d the answer I want/need. I also during my correspondence to them asked if they had a phone number they could be reached at, they ignored that and provided no answer/phone or phone number, so I wouldn’t advise purchasing this toaster because of very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I absolutely loved this toaster but for not even a year a half usage, display is no longer responsive but still displaying the controls. Rendering the whole thing useless as there is no control on the toasting level. Itâs either not toasted or burnt to a crisp. For the price, I would have expected a longer longevity since thatâs what Iâd expect from 20$ one especially that it was not even used on a daily basis.Shopping for my new one as we speak, so I thought Iâd post a review since it has so many great reviews but nothing on the long term. I also thought it was the greatest toaster I ever owned until it was just a useless piece of equipment on my counter.On the bright side I can defrost stuff?

Je suis encore mitigée, après plusieurs semaines, à savoir si je l’aime ou non. J’adore les options et j’apprécie de voir le temps. Toutefois, le pain ne cuit pas. Habituellement, la toast ressort croquante et elle s’effrite. Pas avec ce grille-pain. L’intérieur demeure mou et seul l’extérieur brunit. J’ai essayé toutes les combinaisons d’options pour y remédier, mais rien n’y fait. Que la couche apparente grille, les couches internes demeurent indemnes. Je suis convaincue que ça doit plaire à plusieurs personnes, il faut juste être au courant.

Tried it out although damaged (noticed the box and toaster were damaged after we toasted some bagels. One side toasted more than the other but otherwise, seems good. I wonder if the damage is causing the issue. Otherwise, I’d give this toaster a higher star rating.
