Although it is not washable, it is absolutely beautiful, especially for the Price. Do not look elsewhere. Amazon is the least expensive. It has a slight shimmer, which I donât usually go for, but in this instance, it really works well against my dark brown table and decor. It could go modern, mid century, modern, traditional, and more. As you can see by the photos, it looks like I bought two different sizes, however, that is just one 72 inch runner folded under on both sides in the first photo. So just took it under when kids are eating. Itâs dark out right now, so I didnât really get a picture of the shimmer, but itâs not too much, itâs very slight, and just right. I am very very pleased with my purchase.

Metallic effect way understated
It looks like a quality product and good value, however it’s way too metallic. I would say it’s more than just “strands” of metallic, but the overalls affect is predominantly metallic on the top side. I got the red/rust color. Even when I reverse it to the back side with less metallic showing, it’s still too shiny and looks odd to see the hem top side. Just not at all what I perceived from the product photos, so I’m returning it. It would be very pretty for a holiday or celebration use, but looks too fancy for every day display.

Love this runner, cleaning will have to be done carefully because of the woven threads. Don’t think I’d throw it in the washing machine. Well made love it. Actually purchased another one in the teal colour.
