Good microwave
Works great so far. Haven’t had it long but we had this one before that lasted 6 years of use from a family of 6. I would recommend it to others. It was perfect for a built in area in our cabinet. Looks great.

Waste of time and money
I ordered 2 of these microwaves and both of them were damaged. The first one was left at a different address and I had to hunt it down. The damage on it was mild compared to the second one. The first one had 2 large dents on the side which prevented the door from opening. The second one was caved in on the top and the driver left it in the pouring rain. Not worth the time and effort to order. Buy local if you can.

Good product, Bad S&H
Easy to use. Very large capacity. Nice/sleek design. However, like many of the other reviews, it had man dents and dings… i was lucky in that all the damage on mine was on the back and side panels, not the front… since I also bought the trim kit to install it into a cabinet, the rear and sides will never be visible–so i decided to fix the dents as best i could and keep the unit instead of returning it…

Arrived Damaged
I have purchased 3 of this same model from Amazon. All arrived damaged in some way. All 3 had big dents in them. One had the porcelain inside flaking off from a dent on the backside. One would only run 3 seconds and stop with a error message and one where the door would not open without grabbing the bottom of door and pulling while at the same time as you pushed the button. I do not think these are Amazon issues. The shipping boxes had no damage and looked new. I think there is someone at Samsung damaging these units before shipping.

Proficient unit
Good microwave, but I really wish it had better lighting on the control panel. The lighting in our kitchen is not great and my husband needs to shine a flashlight on the microwave to be able to read the panel to set times when reheating, etc.

just received the Microwave it has bad “DENT” on the side of microwave on the control panel side
Not sure if i like the product or not since the dent is on the side of the Microwave “Tube” (Clystron-Power Tube) and the control panel…please advise!
