I cook with cast iron and carbon steel almost exclusively. I have used a few different brands of spatulas and been disappointed in most. Finding a full tang well made spatula at this price is not common. This works great for my 8-10″ skillets cooking eggs or burgers, etc. Most well made ones are too big to be useful in a small-medium skillet or pot.Glad I found this one, it works great for my style of cooking.

After a lifetime of cheap, cruddy spatulas, I specifically bought the Sabatier Triple Rivet Stainless Steel Wide Turner because it had the same full tang, triple-rivet design that I seek out in quality knives. How relieved I was to try it out, and discover a heavy, high quality stainless steel spatula (turner) that felt like a professional utensil that would last a very long time. After five minutes I could tell it was already far superior to anything I had ever bought at a big box store, grocery, or defunct Bed & Bath store. Thought it was bigger but then decided that bigger was a fools errand for the 12″ 10″ and 8″ steel pans I have … Very well made and designed by the way. It will last for till when spatulas turners become obsolete. Looks like you bought a set of high end cutlery. That good and extra functional.

Solid spatula but not straight
When I opened the package, it was smaller than I expected, but I was still going to give it a chance. I gave it 3 stars because it feels really solid and well made. I did not give it 5 stars because it is not a straight blade. I need a solid blade to scrap all cooked on items from the bottom of the pan so the eggs will not stick.With this blade not being straight, it only scraps a line instead of the whole length of the spatula (see photo). This makes scrambling eggs and scraping the pan difficult. So I will be returning this item for a different one.

Very useful turner , not too large but will be useful for flipping burgers or chicken breasts / pancakes etc. Very solid stainless steel construction. Great Brand . I own a chef’s knife from the same brand, that I purchased in France , years ago. Happy with this purchase. Shipping was quick.
