Keeps fruit and veggies fresh a lot longer than just putting them in the refrigerator crisper bins. Berries have a much longer life. I bought one 8-piece set and liked it so much I bought another. Really works!

I was so tired of produce starting to spoil 2 days after we put it in the ‘fridge, I bought these to try. Oh my gosh, all I can say is WOW! I bought some of the mini, pepper assortments before Christmas and immediately put them in one of the containers. The photo shows what they look like a month later!!! They are just as fresh and crisp as the day I put them in the container!!! I am so impressed and amazed with how fresh they were! If your ‘fridge ruins produce like mine does, give these containers a try. They’re great!

Pros-saves money because I am throwing away less food. Can stock up on items that usually spoil quickly like strawberries because these containers really extend life of produce. I had stopped buying celery because almost all of it went into the trash because I didnât use it fast enough but the large container is greasy for preserving celery and heads of lettuce.A little pricey but so worth it

Really Keeps my Produce Fresh
I eat salad every day, so these contains are amazing for keeping my lettuce fresh!! I wash and dry the lettuce and put it in the larger container layered with dry paper towels and it stays fresh for a week. I use the smaller container for cilantro or Italian Parsley or Arugula and they last for a week as well.

I am actually kinda shocked at how well these food savers work. I use mine for cut lettuce or spinach, and I hafta say that my spinach doesn’t slime up or turn color or any the things. Edges of the lettuce don’t turn brown. Now I’m buying these as gifts for my family so I definitely recommend these.

Sets, white lids and bumps vs. baskets
The two large ones did not fit or stack well in my fridge. The two smaller ones were better. So the set sizes were not ideal for me. My fridge is under the freezer so when I open the door and look down, the white lids prevent me from seeing what’s inside.I found produce/berry keepers in a store, with baskets in them like colanders, transparent lids and diff sizes sold separately. So I bought the sizes I want only, can see my produce easily when looking into the fridge and wash them with the basket colander.I returned this set. But I think they are good quality and may work for others with side by side doors or freezer bottom fridges. I’m not sure how well the bumps on the bottom of these compare to the baskets on others as far as keeping fresh. I had berries in the basket stay fresh more than a week. Though other reviewers said these kept their produce fresh as well.

I questioned if these would really work at first but after trying them for weeks now I can say they definitely do. We save such more food now and Iâm so happy at the post one week point when I open it and the food is still fresh. I love how I can save my berries looking perfect for much longer now. Will be buying more.

Wanted a tupperware lettuce crisper for the fridge, but could not find one, these rubbermaid boxes came from the USA, nice and easy as well as being quick from Amazon. They do what I wanted and keep my lettuces crisper for longer in the fridge also works for soft fruit and I am very happy with them. They are quite bulky, but then, so is a lettuce, so not an issue for me.

I buy in bulk, and this product has allowed keeping my food staying fresh for extended periods of time. If you eat a lot of salad, this is the product for you. You an organic soak to wash the pesticides, and then you can have the leaves sit in the container and be guaranteed a nice healthy crunch
