Beautiful dish rack
I’m collecting black and copper in my kitchen and I decided it was time to replace my boring dish rack with a pretty one. It’s not perfectly copper, it leans a bit rose gold (they’re *not* the same, LOL), but it’s close enough and you could chalk up the difference to it being matte instead of shiny. The metal parts are nice and sturdy. It fits different sizes of plates easily. Bowls are awkward, but if you use the side area you can separate them there instead. The cup holder works best with taller glasses. My coffee mug spins around, but it doesn’t fall off. The plastic parts are flimsier for sure, but they shouldn’t break because they’re not under pressure. Most of my sharp knives don’t fit well in the knife slot, they tilt over, but I usually dry those and put them away so I can just pop the knife part out and have a bigger silverware holder (thank you for making it pop out!). I know it may seem I’m including a bunch of negatives, but I’m just being honest about the details. Overall, I think it’s gorgeous and it works for what I need. The 360 degree drain spout is brilliant, and so is the ability to put the silverware and cup holders anywhere you want. 5 stars, even if I wish it were a tad darker copper color. Oh, and it was packaged very well so no dents or scratches or anything. Thank you!!

A bit clumsy, but works well and holds a good deal.
My dishwasher died and I’ve been washing dishes by hand with my mother drying. Too much for her (she’s elderly) so I needed something to put the clean dishes in. There are several expandable dish drainers out there, but this one expanded the largest.Putting it together is easy, but must be done correctly. The instructions are fairly clear, except for which direction to put the plastic piece that you snap the spout onto. Make sure the snap piece is closest to the end of the drainer, not the inside of it, or the spout won’t reach the sink. Not sure how durable it will be, but it seems to be made of fairly sturdy materials. I like the little, rubber foot covers a lot.The only major problem I have with this, and I don’t see a way around it, is that it’s made for use with a sink that’s set flush with the counter. My sink has a lip, so although the spout pushes up and sits on the lip of the counter, it doesn’t drain because of a little thing called gravity. No worries, though. Once the dish drainer is empty, I collapse it, then tilt the whole thing up over the sink and the water quickly pours out of the spout. Then I put it away until next use.Another thing I’d like would be to have snaps to hold the utensil cup and cup holder rack in place. They lift off really easy, even when you didn’t mean to lift them off. It also doesn’t extend and collapse as easily as I might like.Overall, though, a good product. I recommend it if you need a dish drainer and have limited storage space.

Excellent Product
This drying rack is almost perfect. The drain works great, the expandability is awesome ( short when doing a few dishes and expanded fully when washing a lot. The only drawback (hence the 4 out of 5) is the sides are a little short. If they were an inch or 2 higher, it would be a solid 5!

Legs are too short to drain.
I really wanted this to work but the legs are too short for my Kohler sink, and it can’t drain.I will have to return it.

So far so good – bur product photos on Amazon show incorrect orientation of trays
Have been using this for a few days now and all seems to be well. The drain with the spout works well, no leaking. It’s a big bonus that the spout can swivel and also that it can also be extended in length a little bit. Balance of the rack in general seems good when loaded up with dishes. When in expanded mode you can fit a lot of stuff on there, including bigger pots/frying pans stacked on top of each other.Very important when assembling: it’s not clear from the drawings on the little instruction sheet that comes with this rack – but you MUST attach the plastic drip tray with the drain/spout to the side of the rack that is flat, i.e. the side that doesn’t have the grooves for dinner plates, otherwise you’ll think that the drip trays are the wrong size.My advice is: start with clipping on the drip tray with the spout to the flat rack. Then connect the two metal racks together so that they slide in and out to expand/contract. Then add on the second drip tray to the rack with the grooves for the dinner plates, slide it in there to get it in a ballpark position then flip the rack sideways to clip it to the rack wire. This second drip tray only has two grooves to clip onto the underside of the dinner plate rack whereas the spout side drip tray has 4 grooves. If you live in an area with hard water like I do, the water dripping from washed items onto the black drip trays will leave little marks as seen on photos which maybe can be fully cleaned with some kind of an appropriate cleaning agent? But I don’t know if constantly clipping and un-clipping the plastic drip trays to clean them will hold up the test of time, that remains to be seen. What you’re seeing in the photos is water marks from 5 days of use.I removed the sharp knife drying attachment that sits on top of the left side of the silverware buckets and also the mugs/glasses drying hooks (see last photo), I felt like it gave the whole thing a smaller profile. I always dry big knives by hand and there’s plenty of space for mugs to dry on the actual rack if you expand it to full size. All that being said, I recommend this drying rack, it checks all the boxes where many others fail in terms of balance, stability and decent feet that protect your countertops from scratching, very happy with it so far.

Definitely recommend, can be compact and when you need more drying room, just extend it, glad I brought it.

Update: drain spout leaking
I am so bummed this was a 5 star product till day 3 when the drain spout began leaking where it extends due to our sink being too high. If you have a integrated sink I think it would not leak. Excellent design otherwise

Just right for the job.

I love it, looks great and works great. The only thing is that the side compartment for the knifes drips water on the counter if you donât push it a bit to the other side, since itâs resting on the exterior sides. But other than that itâs working perfect.
