Great roasting pan
This is a great roasting pan. It is strong enough but not so heavy to lift with the turkey in it. It has a flat bottom which is great for making the gravy. The two racks are a bonus.

Bought the 14 inch roasting pan with 2 racks using a discount coupon. The pan is approximately 3.75 inches deep. The V-shaped stainless steel rack is heavy duty and works great for a bone-in roast or a small turkey. This rack keeps the food about 1.25 inches above the bottom of the pan, higher than other roasting racks that we previously used. The flat cooling rack is not as heavy duty but it works fine. The roasting pan has great heavy duty handles but the steel used for the pan itself was not very thick. However, for our use it is fine and it is easy to clean.

Fit a 14 pound turkey
I needed a new roasting pan, but smaller than my last, as I no longer host Thanksgiving for 20+ people. This seemed on the small side when I purchased it, but my 14 pound turkey fit just fine! Cleaned up easily after the meal, too.
