This is a nice roasting set: sturdy pan with high riveted handles, V-rack for holding a turkey or chicken in shape and a flat rack for other roasts. It came carefully packaged. We are returning it, however, for two reasons: it is not big enough (the dimensions are very clearly listed, so this was my fault) and although it is advertised as Stainless Steel, it is not magnetic (also clearly stated – “non-induction”). But I’m not a metallurgist, so how could I possibly know whether that is true? It looks like my mother’s old aluminum pan…

A good addition to any kitchen
We got this because the disposable roasting pans did not allow the bottom of a turkey to get nicely cooked. We were not disappointed in this pan. It gives both a V shaped rack and a smaller rack that fits below the larger one. I have cooked a turkey on the V rack and a chicken on the smaller one. I had excellent results with both. The pan is also stainless steel and more durable than aluminum. We are completely satisfied.

This is a solid and well-built roasting pan. I have used it twice since purchasing it. It has done well and clean up is easy enough. It scratch resistant and the caked on drippings clean off with some effort. This pan is heavier than its aluminum counterpart but is not overly heavy.
