GOOD QUALITY
I recently purchased a three-pack of cutting boards, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!First off, the durability of these boards is impressive. Warps
My use case may be a bit unusual. I have a large gas cooktop and very little counter space. I ordered this because it is the right size to fully cover the cooktop and provide extra surface space for when we aren’t cooking. Great for prep, or just a spot to set groceries when coming in from the store.The weight is not too bad because it is bamboo and not too thick. Still a bit awkward to find a place for when we are cooking.I dropped a star because the board has noticeably warped already, within 2 weeks. It has not been exposed to water or heat from the cooktop (we let it cool before putting the board back on top). Our kitchen has a dehu running in it to keep humidity at a normal level as we live in the south.I’ve flipped the board to see if it will reverse back to normal, but I don’t expect that to work. Since I’m not using this specifically as a cutting board, it still works for my purposes. However for others, that warping may be an issue and is hard to avoid with this large of a piece. Weight placed on top of the warp could result in cracking as well.

Good looking and durable!
I recently replaced my plastic cutting boards with this cutting board. I love it so far! It looks great and is sturdy and durable. The best thing I like about this is the groove it has on the sides to catch the juices, and I think that this is a very helpful feature. I also love that it has built in handle holes which are very helpful feature when I use this as a charcuterie board.

Splitting in packaging
Yeah, this arrived with splits already forming between the planks. I’m only using it as a stove-top cover to create more counter space, so I don’t particularly care about the splitting at this time. If it splits apart, I’ll just glue it back together, but I’m not cutting on it so I don’t care about the food-safety of it. If I had bought this to use as a cutting board, I would have returned it before even taking the plastic off — as soon as any kind of juice get down in there, immediate food safety issue, and washing it will only further the splits. DON’T expect to use this as a cutting board, but it fits perfectly as a cover for my electric-coil stove-top.
