Perfect for pizza and desserts!
We actually use these to make deep dish pizza and they couldnât be more perfect!!! Great size! The quality is incredible and there is absolutely no leakage. Very sturdy with heavy foods. Easy to use and open and close! Nothing sticks and these are way to hand wash or just pop in the dishwasher!!

Well I have made cheesecake before but I didn’t use a spring pan, I had just used a pie pan before. I wanted to try with this pan and it baked perfectly. It easily released with the buckle. I think it’s easier to clean than the pie pan since it separates. There was no leaking with it buckled tight. I wanted to make a cheesecake pineapple upside down cake and I needed two so I bought a secret one as well!
