So much easier and quicker to use this 3 tier cooling wrack. Can bake multiple pans of cookies (or other food) in the oven…and now they can all cool down at once too!

I’ve been an active baker for about….25 years? At least. My older son is engaged and just turned 27. So yes, since he was a tot, and watched the cinnamon rolls bake through the window of the oven, and asked me to please make cookies to take in to school. My younger son, also, took cookies to his classes.Anyway, I baked a TON. And my old racks were completely worn out. So, I ordered these in need of new equipment. They are very nice. I just unwrapped them over the holidays. Part of what I was pleased about was that they came with a written instructions/advice card. LOVED that.The info started off instructing washing the racks before first use, and of course, that was smart before you put food on them. I didn’t read the instructions fully, as I was in a hurry, foolishly, and didn’t note that they recommend hand washing. Not a really huge problem, BUT: they did come out of the dishwasher with a couple small chips in the coating. SO: hand wash to preserve the coating.They give every appearance of being sturdy. I’ll be back to baking this weekend with some banana bread and will use them then. Will note anything…umm, noteworthy. 🙂 So far, they are a nice replacement and I’m happy to say so.
