Will never use a regular pan again.
This is the best thing! I wish I would have bought it sooner. Muffins came out PERFECT and so easily. Easy to clean, and easy to store. I am now looking into getting all silicone pans.

Functional, but Very Thin and Floppy
I’ve been gradually making the shift to using more silicone cookware, and though it feels strange to make something like muffins in rubber, it does work well, and the resulting muffins are what I wanted them to be.However, these pans are made from VERY soft silicone. So soft that they’re able to package them rolled up into a small tube shape. Because of this, they have no chance of standing up on their own while being caried or resting on the bars of an oven. This means that it’s pretty much a requirement that you put a second pan beneath them to hold them. For me, this slightly defeats the purpose, as not only do you need to already have a big enough pan to support them, you also have an additional dish to clean if there’s any spillage. The softness does make it quite easy to push things out of the molds, but because it’s so floppy, this is still a bit of an unwieldy process. I’m actually tempted to cut them in half, just to make them a bit easier to manage.That said, there’s really nothing wrong with them past the floppiness, and in some ways the flexibility could be seen as a big advantage over a stiff muffin pan or muffin cups. So they’re still recommendable, just make sure you have something to support them!

I have never had silicone cupcake pans before and Iâve never had mini cupcake pans either so I was happy to get this set of two pans. Each pan holds 24 mini cupcakes. Mini baked goods are really in right now. You get the treat but just a small portion. And they look super-inviting on a serving plateThe cupcake pans come rolled up so I could immediately see theyâll be easier to store than my old, oversized pans. And theyâre bright red so youâll be able to easily find them in your drawer or on your shelf.I know they are supposed to be nonstick but you really have to use a nonstick spray (like Pam) – at least for the first few times. Unlike metal pans, though, you can press the bottom up to get the cupcakes released.They wash easily with soap and water. I heard you can put it in the dishwasher but I donât have one and Iâm not sure Iâd risk damaging them.I am very glad that I can make cupcakes without digging through my âmiscellaneous objectsâ drawer looking for muffin cup liners. I donât have to buy them at all anymore and I donât even know if you can buy them for the mini cupcakes.You definitely have to put these pans on top of a cookie sheet or similar pan to fill and bake your cupcakes. I made sure the indentations were pressed in fully so the cupcakes arenât misshapen in the pans. I looked it up and you use the same baking time you always did with the silicone pans. You just canât put them on an open flame.Besides baking in them, these pans would be perfect to hold a bunch of small objects you want to keep sorted like beads for crafting or screws for shop work.Iâll probably replace my full-sized muffin pans with silicone now.

Muffins removed from the pans like a dream!
I begin this review by stating that I am no culinary expert. I am not even a big fan of cooking/baking.I have always used aluminum cupcake pans, but wanted to see how silicone bakeware stacks up. The mini muffin pans arrived slightly out of shape from their packaging, but once washed, dried, & reformed they were just fine. The peanut butter muffin recipe that I used, I have never used before. I anticipated the muffins to rise more, so I did not fill the muffin holes as full as I should have – in hindsight. My peanut butter muffins were not much to look at, but they removed cleanly & easily from the pans. The muffins baked evenly & tasted great! I am really pleased with how these silicone baking pans worked out. As per the recommendations, I did use a cookie sheet underneath the silicone pans, to stabilize the pans. No baked on mess – like with aluminum, the runaway batter just flakes off of the silicone bakeware.

Mini Silicone Muffin Pan
These silicone muffin pans are great to make mini muffins in and they do not require muffin covers. Easy to clean. The quality is okay and since they are quite flimsy, you must have a baking sheet underneath to stabalize them. I think that it is an extra step, as I am not a fan of that. Overall, I would not recommend getting this as there are other muffins pans that are much better

I live my silicone cookware and needed something to make small muffins in. Usually they are larger circles and I was happy to see these are very small. So far I used them to make Christmas treats. They are the perfect size for a 2 bite snack.The candies popped out easily and clean up was even easier.I have not used them in the oven yet, but I’m sure they will be fine. Remember to always put a cookie sheet under them for stability. That goes for all silicone cookware though, but just these.Can’t wait to make some mini muffins for myself and doggy treats for the pups.
