Eggs do not stick
I only use this for eggs since its small. I like how the eggs do not stick at all. I use a little bit of olive oil and the eggs just slide around the pan.

This pan is better than most, and I hope the finish will last. Eggs because of the protein stick in many pans. And this one is no different. I still had eggs stick at times, especially for overeasy. A light amount of oil helps. The pan does work well for many other dishes and wipes clean easily.

Best nonstick I think I’ve owned
I eat eggs for breakfast every day, obsessively. For at least 10 years. So I guess you could say I’m a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to pans.This is my first ceramic pan and definitely will not be my last. I’ve had it about a week and not a speck of food has stuck on it. It cools fairly quickly too. I don’t have a dirty pan hanging out on the stove all morning now.It’s also a bit lighter in weight than my traditional nonstick pans.I can’t speak for the longevity of it and my kids haven’t burnt anything in it yet. That will be the true test.

Seem good quality
I want to get my son a new non stick because he like to cook eggs. Considering this was a three pack of pans I figured they were going to be cheap but the price was great, especially for three pans. They were packed in their own little cloth bags in a heavy duty box so they arrived in perfect condition. I was surprised with the weight on them seem very thick. I really liked that they are ceramic coated and not chemicals. They work great I’m loving them and my son can use the small one, perfect size.

Not Nonstick – Stains
The good: a solid pan, well balanced, excellent handles good heat distributionThe bad – the non-stick coating is junk. I worked ok the first few times but quickly lost it ability. If you buy, NEVER cook on high heat. All but one of our pans have permanent dark marks, even SOS pads wont make them clean. I will not buy these ever again and in fact will donate them to the thrift shop and buy all new stainless fry pans.
