Beautiful ramekins. I was doubting which size I need for crème brûlée (4oz, 6oz, 8oz, 10oz?) and turned out these 8 ounces ramekins are exactly the same size as ramekins in my favorite Italian restaurant where I usually order crème brûlée. So exactly what I needed!
