Absolutely perfect gravy whisk.
This doesn’t get used often, but when it’s needed, it’s perfect for the job. We only use it for whisking thick gravy in a cast iron skillet. I’m sure there are other good uses for it, but that’s the only reason we break it out. It is very thick, strong, and doesn’t bend.As with all Rada, only the black handle version is dishwasher safe. While I love the look of the silver, in my opinion, it’s worth paying extra if that’s what it takes to get the black handle.

This thing is so easy to clean compared to a normal style whisk! It’s easy to clean by hand – just push the spring up along the straight part of the handle. Or, you can throw it in the dishwasher as the black-handled model is dishwasher safe. Best of all, the product is made in the USA by a US-based company. In a sea of kitchen tools made in China, it’s nice to find something from hometown, USA.As a whisk, it also works very well – getting right in the curve of bowls when needed. It is also very light weight – and just the right size.
