Love my Granny Knife
I’m a Rada fan in general, but I especially love this little knife with its short blade. It is nice and sharp and easier than my larger paring knives to use for dicing onions or peppers or whatever (especially if you’re being bad and dicing in your hand and not on a cutting board). Its shape also makes it very good for “profiling,” around bones or fruit pits. It’s just an all-around handy item. I got the black handled one, so I could identify it quickly in my knife drawer, but the stainless would be just as good. Rada makes good knives.

I love my Rada paring knife set!
The Rada pairing knives with the plastic handles fit so comfortably in your Hand. The set of two knives are great because they have curved blades and they are so easy to use. A great gift for anyone that likes to cook and dishwasher safe!

Very good knives
We love these, have used them for years. Very sturdy, short handle for short hands. The curved tip makes paring very easy. The best I have ever used. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Little Knife
After trying many tools for hulling strawberries, this knife with its short blade is the best. I pick and freeze 12-14 gallon bags of strawberries every year, so the knife gets a real workout. It’s the first knife that I hold by the handle, not the blade. Highly recommend for tasks requiring precision.
