ALL OF RADAâs products are AWESOME!!!
All and I do mean (ALL) of their products are awesome!! Weâve been buying their knives, sharpeners, ice cream scoop, and just about anything else I can get my hands on for years now and we LOVE THEM ALL!!! Weâve also purchased countless pieces and sets for friends and family. They all love them too! The blades are thinner than your average knife but donât be fooled. These are NOT wimpy knives. They are tough and dishwasher safe! They just work sooooo much better than your average knife. This holds true with their other products too. Example: The ice cream scoop …. I have bought probably about 13-14 (other brands) over the years. They either break, bend, or they are basically useless!! Uggg! So annoying! But not RADA. THIS SCOOP outperformed every other scoop Iâve tried including the high dollar ones that supposedly do it all. Bahahahaha what a joke! RADAâs puts them all to shame. And the knives …… are to die for!! They may not be fancy (but who cares) …. they get the job done and done very well I might add!! I mentioned earlier about the blades being thinner. Well, they are but thatâs a good thing. This allows you to cut easier (especially half thawed items), make a more precise cut (like peeling tomatoes-yes I peel tomatoes) or very thin cut potatoes, or trimming various meats. When youâre not trying to push a thick/bulky piece of metal through something, itâs obviously easier. Also, their knives keep a very sharp edge! And when they do need a little sharpening, their small double wheel sharpener does the trick so easily and so quickly!! Last, but certainly not least ….. the price. Wow oh Wow!!! So reasonably priced, itâs crazy. Thatâs why Iâm able to get so many different pieces to enjoy without breaking the bank. I have $300 and $400 knives but they just sit there looking pretty because YOU JUST CANNOT BEAT RADAâs!! I donât write many reviews and I apologize for the length of this one but ….. I could probably be the poster child for them. LOL!! And ânoâ….. Iâm NOT being paid for this review or compensated in any other way. When youâve used something for so long, it outperforms the rest hands down, and is a great price…… you donât need to get paid for speaking the truth and how you really feel about a product(s). Hope this helps some of you out there!! Give them a try, you wonât be sorry!!! You have nothing to lose. Although you might quit losing your patience with all the knives and gadgets in your kitchen drawers that are subpar at best. :-)Take care, Keli

LOVE this little Granny knife that’s made in the USA!
I have a slew of Rada knives that are in constant use and I ran across this nifty little granny paring knife. The blade is only 2.25″ long and is extremely sharp. The curved part of the blade is on top, leaving a nice straight edge for cutting. This is super for a fast peeling job on potatoes or the peaches that are now in season.I chose the black handle because it has a bit of a roughened grip, making it easier to hold on to as when peeling something with a lot of juice. i.e. the peaches. Rada products can be put in the dishwasher but I have broken myself from this habit as it dulls the blades so much faster. But saying that, Rada blades take nicely to sharpening and can be made incredibly sharp. Of course, the price of Rada can’t be beat for the quality received and the long lasting product. I have never had a knife separate from the handle in the many years I’ve been using them but they seem to walk away from my kitchen…..very mysteriously! I have found them on the work bench in the garage and out in the tool shed. My husband denies such appropriations but as there is no one else here but the cats and dog….hmmmm.I’ve said before and will say again, a person can’t go wrong with any Rada product, whether for yourself or as gifts. Forged stainless steel, and best of all, made in the good ole’ USA.

I love every Rada knifeâ¦.!ð¥°
You can always count on Radar knives to be sharp, inexpensive, and easy to sharpen.., Iâm bad about putting him in the dishwasher, but Iâm willing to sharpen them more often on the account of that. I still have some with the aluminum handles that were my mother-in-lawâs , so they are about 60 years old.ð

Small
A good knife. Sharp but is hard to hold. A little on the small side. But its still good.

I use it for peeling fruit. It works very well.Itâs also good for trimming vegetables tops.
Janidanielle –
Handle has a good weight and it’s a nice small size knife. Better quality than expected for the price.
Mary Haley –
Absolutely no complaints. Do they come in a litte larger size?

This blade is sharp and will easily peel what you need to peel. However, it seems a bit cheaply for the price you pay. The curve is perfect for peeling.
