Non stick lasts for years
I bought one of these 3-4 years ago, and decided I needed two. I bought another brand, because I didn’t find this one when I looked. It was very disappointing in its non stick capabilities. When I saw the this, I ordered it immediately, and threw the other brand in the trash. I use these two pans at least twice a week. They have held up well. The oldest one isn’t quite as non stick as my newer one, but still very good. No more scrubbing baked on goop for this old lady!

Great for pumpkin roll
Since I’d never made a pumpkin roll, I needed a pan. This pan us a nice weight and I like the handles. I used parchment paper so I’m not sure about the non stick surface. It looks like it would work well. The roll baked evenly and as expected. Pan is a fair price.

Look, don’t get me wrong. It’s a very nice quality bake pan. But I’m going to have to return mine BC it’s bigger than stated – 18″ long and won’t fit in my table top oven, which is 15.9″ wide. Just make sure you have a big enough oven. I don’t.

Loving it, used it quite a few times. The orange handles are really heat resistant and the tray itself is really good. It doesn’t bend at high temperatures and I can use it for long cook times in the oven

This is truly non-stick. The baking sheet did wrap at 425 degrees a few times at the beginning, but now after using it often, it no longer wrap. This baking sheet is a breeze to clean. I had only great experiences with Rachael Rays’ products.
