Wow! Just Wow! Easy clean up
So, I gave this 5 stars but it’s more like 4.5. The “wow” factor: I bought this mainly for cooking oven bacon. The bacon cooked up great and wasn’t sitting in grease (my goal for the sheet). The wash up was amazingly easy! I thought washing it in the sink would be a drag but after I disposed of the excess grease the cooked on stuff just wiped away. It was amazing. Loses 0.5 stars because it’s not truly dishwasher safe. It can go in the dishwasher however per the instructions this will shorten the life of the nonstick.

Ordered small 10×15 but got large 11×17 instead
Was expecting a small 10×15 crisper pan. Instead I got this large 11×17 instead.Not that iâm complaining. Itâs a great pan Anything we make has a crispy outside and a tender inside. Plus easy to clean. But for one person only needing to bake one or two items itâs too big so 10×15 would be ideal. But if youâre baking for more than two or want to bake a one pan meal, than the 11×17 is the option to go. I wish you had options in size.You can do a lot in this pan. One pan meals and reheating left over fast food like KFC. KFC reheated in this pan is amazing (especially if extra crispy). Takes out the fat without compromising flavor or drying out meat. As for one pan meals: we love it because we can bake up to two protein and two sides and still have room. The first time I used us we did a 1 pound meal. I had chicken nuggets, Mom had fish sticks and we each split a side of french fries. My mom couldâve put onion rings on it if she wanted to but wasnât in the mood. To only need one pan instead of two or more multiples makescooking and clean up a lot faster.Even though itâs too big for us we have made a lot of use out of it and never really went back to her regular size pants. Now that the blue is the same price tag is the red Iâm definitely getting a second pan.

Fantastic sheet pan!
This is a great sheet pan. I purchased it to replace my original Rachel Ray sheet pan that had rusted. My plan this time is to hand wash it, and keep knives away. Love this pan! It has a nice high sides. Perfect for our sheet pan dinners.

Want to give this a 5 from the start, giving a 4 due to only using it for a few days. I LOVE to cook anything and everything. This is my second Rachel Ray bakeware, the first was awesome, and this is great! Easy to clean. I purchased 2, gave one to my son who also loves to cook. We have used it and, within less than a week, made bacon for the meat eaters and roast veggies for all that included the vegetarians along other uses. EASY cleanup and SO SATISFIED with results!!!!! Can’t wait to make this a 5 after a month or so – I really think it’s a 5 now – just hoping it doesn’t warp on me ( doubt it – so I say order and trust in Rachel Ray products)

Everything the reviews said it was. I used this to cook bacon and bake cookies. I was a little concerned about the higher than average sides when baking cookies but it was fine. Cookies came out the same as those cooked on my other cookie sheets. That being said I wouldn’t buy this primarily as a cookie sheet as it’s a little small but as an extra…perfect. It’s primary purpose for me was for baking chicken, fries and bacon. I’ve only used it so far for bacon and it is the best and easiest way to cook bacon yet. I have cooked bacon on a griddle, a broiler, a frying pan and a cookie sheet in the oven. This pan has them all beat hands down. The bacon cooks above the fat making it wonderfully crisp and less greasy. I haven’t used it for chicken or fries yet but I have no doubt that they will turn out just as good.

My brother in law introduced me to this pan. Its great for bacon as it crisps evenly in the oven. Then when your down everything just rinses right off. It’s the easiest pan to clean!

Solid, sturdy pan which shouldnât warp
Great pan – especially for cooking bacon. After reading some review, I was reluctant – thinking this was a thin, flimsy pan. Not true. This is a solid, firm metal pan which I canât imagine will âwarpâ as in other reviews. Not sure I will ever make bacon in a skillet again, as this pan is both easier to clean, and keeps the bacon elevated, above the grease. (I appreciated another reviewerâs suggestion to roll up some foil and put under the corners of the upper âscreenâ to keep the bacon from the grease below. I also coated the lower pan with foil to make the clean up even easier.)

I love this baking sheet for cooking bacon !! I first bought with orange handles, then when I saw this in blue handles bought it too and gave the orange to my daughter. The bacon grease flows through the holes so less fat in the bacon. I broil my bacon in this pan, always keeping an eye for when it is cooked. Worth your money.

Clean up is a breeze. However, the lip on the drip tray traps some grease that pools in the edges. When you think it is cleaned up, more grease drains out around the edges. The pictures perceive the edges of the drip tray to be a little higher, which would dissipate the grease a little better.
