Amazing
This is such a wonderful, large frying pan. Since we bought it, it’s the only thing we use. Tonight we made paella and it was so easy.My girlfriend loves it because it’s relatively lightweight and easy for her to hold and move around. It’s also easy to clean. We’re thinking about buying a second one exactly like this because we like it so much.Seems like a tremendous value when it goes on sale. We’re also looking into other pots and pans in the same line.Highly recommended!

Great set of pots and pans
This is my third set of these pots and pans from Rachel Ray. Iâve owned this set with red accents and the cucina set in orange. Both sets were great and lasted a year or so with heavy daily use. I briefed switch over to a ceramic set for a few years and I was not happy with them. This hard andonized set has been my favorite to cook on. Itâs also been the most hardy. I have a teenager in my house that makes ramen in the middle of the night and doesnât like to follow cooking rules about not using silverware as cooking tools. This set has stuck out in my mind as the most hardy and it can stand up to hard use in my kitchen. It has very pretty aqua accents which look great in my gray kitchen. The tops fit great and I love that they are so sturdy. The family size skillet is my favorite piece of this set, itâs so nice and deep. Iâve not had a similar piece come with any other set. Rachel Ray knows whatâs up in the kitchen and I appreciate that!Overall Iâm very pleased with this set and look forward to using it more.

because now I love these pans
I bought the Rachel Ray 8 1/2 and 12 /12 inch skillets, the hard ionized nonstick in black with the orange grip. It took me some time to “practice” using these pans on low heat and just getting used to how they work. It was worth it to follow the instructions, because now I love these pans. I was surprised how lightweight they are. I was using coated cast iron and stainless steel prior, so the weight of these feel like a feather. I like the design of these pans as they are a little more “wok” style and gives opportunity for more diverse cooking. I bought these pans mainly for cooking eggs initially, since I raise fresh chickens and eggs. My eggs taste so much better in these pan! The 12 1/2 pan is much easier to cook with as you do not have to be as careful about higher heats, since the pan is larger than the burner. The small pan is very sensitive, and you must be very mindful about the heat level as the bottom of this pan is the same or smaller than the small burner. I take good care of these pans and am very careful of how I wash them and stack them. They wash up very easily, which is such a blessing and saves alot of brain damage in the kitchen. I am careful, because I really like these pans and want them to last and of course wouldn’t want the coating to start peeling off! The rivets clean up nice if you soak them for a short bit. You can even use the soft side of the sponge. I have the 12 1/2 inch pan 5 stars, because it works great no matter what, and all food out of this pan is cooked just right and super tasty. I gave the 8 1/2 inch pan 4 stars because of having to be super careful about the heat levels, because of the size of the pan.

I have always been the type to renew my cookware sets on a pretty frequent basis, so I understand that new pots & pans always elicit high praise. But I have to say of all the sets that I have owned in the past, Calphalon, T-Fal and a host of stainless and copper bottom varieties – these are by far the most practical. I have an electric glass cooktop and have been surprised at how often pots & pans are scorched at the bottom, requiring constant scrubbing with bartender’s friend and other cleaners to keep them clean & presentable. I’ve had these for about a month now and I have not scrubbed them once with anything but a regular dish sponge. They almost repel the usual scorching, and they are solid pans – the lids are also very sturdy and even with occasional dropping, are not damaged one iota. I also love the feel of the handle, silicon-esque but not mushy like others I’ve had. I am by no means a Rachel Ray “fan”, I watch her show on occasion but would not describe myself as loyal to her brand – but these pots, I can attest, are worth every penny. And might I add how reasonably priced they are! Even with 20% coupons to the BB&B’s and other dept stores, the pricing still didn’t compare. Shipping was fast, and I couldn’t be happier that they arrived at my door step with no store shopping necessary. My only compliant is that the 3 sq covered saucepan is smaller than I thought, but my fault for not noticing the size. So I still had to purchase a larger 5 sq saucepan as it’s my go to for frying pork & turkey chops, etc. And the larger one that matches this Rachel Ray set (which I purchased separately in addition to this one) is oval shaped – and I cannot decide if I like it. It is great for steaks and other longer shaped items, but I found that I miss the usual round shape for chicken thighs, wings, etc. so purchased a 5 qt in another brand; it stinks that it doesn’t match these, but I also have the bakeware with orange silicon grips so everything else in my kitchen on the cookware front matches well so wasn’t a huge deal.

They are very stylish and a lot of them. They were a gift for my mom so I have not used them personally.
