I have been using these Pyrex bowls in three sizes for many years. They are great for all purposes. I purchased this as a replacement for one that was accidentally broken (first casualty in 20 years). I was pleased at the reasonable price, and also pleased to also find replacement lids sold on Amazon for a reasonable price.

I bought this to replace a plum-colored pyrex bowl of the same design, but this one is larger. It’s great for huge salads or pho. Safest material to eat out of!

The Pyrex 7401, 3 cup sculpted bowl is very nice, however beware, the Pyrex 7401 plastic lids do not fit. The lids are too small. The 3 cup 7401 lids are meant for the un-sculpted 3 cup bowl. Unfortunately I can not find the proper Pyrex 3 cup bowl on Amazon or anywhere else.
