Perfect for perfect sandwhich bread!
I am a sourdough baker and wanted to make a loaf of bread that would a. fit in the toaster, and b. be easy to slice for my bread-slicing challenged husband. This pan does the trick! I have used butter all but one time, and the non-stick coating works very well…but the butter makes it taste better=) I used my go-to sourdough sandwich bread recipe and it happened to work out great for this size pan.
