This was the first cheesecake cooked in my instant pot. With this mold it cooked just fine and did not leak. It was simple to remove from the pan. However, I did order and use the round parchment liner on the bottom of the pan. Really like that I can wash in my dishwasher. The only things I didn’t like: The information stated it was 7″ when I measured it is 6″ across the bottom and 7″ across the top and my recipe for a 7″ pan didn’t all fit. The edges at the bottom are sharp if you wash by hand. Otherwise it’s a great pan for the instant pot and works well.

Good quality baking set for instant pot
I received from amazon this baking set instant pot brand a couple of days ago. I like the design and that it has a lid, so practical to use in the instant pot. I’m looking forward to bake with this new baking set from the instant pot brand.

great! but this is only half of the story
Well designed and made, reliable function and durability, can be used as a strainer basket for washing fruits, vegetables and some grains, all of that is included with the small Instant Pot steamer basket and I can easily give it a two thumbs up rating. But to more fully explore what the Instant Pot can do with steaming, get the Official set of two steamer baskets including a larger one and this small one. This small one fits snugly into the larger one and both can be used at the same time â or â partially steam something requiring a longer steaming time, turn off the heat, when cooled enough to handle put the other basket containing something requiring less steaming time into the steamer, and then resume steaming. And because one basket fits into the other they store reasonably compactly.

Smaller than I thought
When I received this, it was quite a bit smaller than I thought. I like how well the bottom fits and that the silicone keeps even thin batters (or butter in my case) from leaking out.The lid isn’t amazing, it doesn’t stay on well, but having a pressure release flap on the top, along with a way to keep condensation from dripping into it is nice.

Perfect pan!
Love this pan. Easy to use & clean. Cake just popped right out.I tried it with a cake mix first. And with a regular size cake mix you use it twice.It was perfectly spongy and moist.The steam release lid is perfect!I recommend this highly!Update: I like it so much I just bought another. First I will try stacking. If that doesnât work, I will use two different size racks so I can cook the whole cake at once

Awesome for baking in Instant Pot or Air Fryer
This is the perfect size for either my 6 qt pressure cooker or my 5 qt air fryer. However, do not use the lid if using in the air fryer. We made brownies in the air fryer and it didn’t cook with the lid on but came out delicious without the lid. I plan to make a cobbler in the instant pot today and tomorrow I am making a large pancake in the air fryer. This little pan is an essential item for anyone that has either appliance. Love that I can bake brownies, large cookies or pancakes, cakes, cobblers, frittatas, etc..in either appliance with this pan. Love the lid for the instant pot. Super easy to clean. Highly recommend!

Cabe perfectamente en la Evo Duo Plus de 6qt y es útil para cocer verduritas asà como brócoli, papas y hasta huevos.Se levanta gracias a las patas metálicas que tiene para que no esté en contacto con el agua y se desbarate todo. Eso si, pónganle muy poca agua!Sin duda compraré todos los demás aditamentos incluyendo el tamaño grande.

One thing I wanted to try was cooking in my pressure cooker, and I didn’t have the standardised instant pot, was using a Breville. I have found this design great for making one tiny cheesecake, and have used it multiple times since. Thanks for a great product.
