Comes apart a bit too easily
I like the color (red). It is a bit on the flimsy side, with the handle coming off with little to no effort. I find it difficult to operate consistently – sometimes I am able to get it “just right” and other times, often, I try to open a can and find that I have not properly centered the can to engage the opener. Perhaps I will get better at it over time. I also thought that this was going to be a smooth cut opener, but found out that it leaves sharp, jagged edges on the removed top. I may have missed that in the description.While it is not what I had hoped for, it does the job, and the price was good.

I’ve had this too long to return it. My eyes are bad and I just noticed that this leaves shavings of metal on the blade and the lid of the can that can end up in your food. Do not buy.

Bought for my mom. She liked it, but decided to return it because when she tried to open a heavier can (large can of tomato sauce) it couldn’t hold the can up to open it, it would just fall off. But good for regular sized cans.
