Perfect for an RV
I wanted a small low watt toaster for our RV & bought this one. It’s nothing fancy. Just a dial to set the darkness level & push button in the dial to cancel. The 2 slots are wide enough to fit a bagel. It works great & toasts evenly. It takes an extra minute because it’s low watt but it does the job. Very happy with this purchase.

I do not understand these expensive toasters with all the buttons and dials. A toaster makes toast. Canât get any simpler than that. This is a good toaster that makes perfect toast. Nothing complicated about it. Attractive, inexpensive, easy to use.

This Proctor Silex 2-Slice Toaster is rather small. It does toast ordinary toast so it’s OK. The slots are normal in size, though large enough to manage a modest bagel.
The only way to eject the “toast” is to push an electronic release button. A circuit board controls what the toaster does, just one more thing to break or burn out. My older toasters had a few electrical/mechanical components and did the job of toasting things and were largely bullet proof, they did last for decades. The circuit board will burn out in 5 or so years, so I will have to buy another toaster, when I would rather that money work for a vacation in Paris.
It is adequate, I will use it until it dies in a few years then replace it with something else.
By the way AMAZON, what’s with requiring a login just to browse my/our FREELY given reviews? Afraid you
won’t get an extra bit of advertising to suck more money for purchases for favored advertisers? How about paying the customer for the time they are providing?

I wanted a plain toaster. This fits the bill. It does have adjustments for bagels and thick bread. It’s perfect. It toasts great.
