This pot took me to Heaven.. it’s my first time owning a 3ply stainless steel pot.. I did got to YouTube for info on how to use.. my first dish came out perfect.. sorry I don’t need 2 like this ..heat distribution perfect.. slow cooking great taste.. cooking on slow to medium I got no sticking..I recommend this .. it’s work your box..it is a must have for those doing quantity food..great quality recomend..bit heavy.!!

The wok is not too heavy and I like that it has 2 short handle instead of a long handle. The thickness of the wok is little less compared to my All clad pot, but still it’s good. The size of the wok is large. Great for big families.

Great Versatile Pan
I really like this wok. I do a lot of stir fries and usually use a frying pan but it is always awkward as my ingredients want to escape from the pan and a pot means unevenly cooked food. This wok is more like a frying than most woks which gives it a lot of versatility. I can use it for most things a frying pan is good for as well as stir fries. I even boiled some shrimp in it just for fun and then sautéed them in butter and Cajun seasoning. It allowed for me to use just the wok instead of a pot and a frying pan. It was a little awkward but worked.Iâve got a tiny 2 burner counter top unit which makes cooking a bit hard. This wok is huge and way bigger than my burner size. I found the wok did well at staying evenly heated despite the fact a good portion of it wasnât on the burner. That being said it is a little hard to store in my tiny kitchen but worth it given the added dishes I can cook with it. Itâs a nice thick wok with plenty of depth and cooking is a breeze with it. No uneven spots and everything got nice and hot with 0 charred spots. This wok makes my frustrating countertop stove not feel like the uneven tiny thing it is.

Heats well, easy to mix ingredients while cooking!
Pictures show pan being used for making beef fried rice, including what it looked like after removing the leftovers and after washing it. What we found is this pan heats up quickly and evenly; the heat goes all the way up the sides of the pan, as advertised. The handles stay touchable throughout, though they were warmer by the end of the process. As mentioned in the instructions, it would be a good idea to use a pot holder if you were planning on holding onto the handles for a prolonged period, such as carrying the pan across the room.The pan easy to handle. It’s not overly heavy, and the size of it made it really easy to work in, especially for a dish that required a lot of mixing.The only issue with anything sticking was when eggs were cooked over medium low heat. They left a bit of a residue as eggs are wont to do. However, only butter was used at that point instead of oil. For the rest of the cooking, we did not have any sticking issues when using oil. I sense if the eggs had been cooked with oil, they would not have stuck at all.The leftovers were left to cool in the pan while we ate dinner. There were no issues transferring the leftovers a different container later. No sticking and the pan washed up easily afterward. There were only a couple spots where a very minor effort was needed to get stuff off.Over all very pleased with this pan. The lid holds in the steam very well. The handles are large and easy to grip, along with not getting hot to the touch. The depth and size makes it ideal for many types of cooking applications.

great steel wok, this has lower sides and a flatter bottom than a traditiona l wok. howver this works great for glass stoves added plus the botton doesnt have those groves that can scratch glass.
