Definitely skeptical about this product when we bought it for the first time, but after using it a few times we are so impressed! We use it primarily for homemade pizza’s and getting the pizza up onto the board to transfer to the pizza oven without losing the toppings/shape of the pizza. You do have to pull up on the edge of the dough to get the board to grab it but it works great! We are pretty gentle and hand wash ours but it has held up well and we have since bought 2 more. Such a smart product!

Easy to use
I bought this set for baking pizza on my Weber grill and stone. The paddle is well made and the handle can be taken off and revered for storing. It makes it so much easier to both turn the pizza and take it off the hot stone. The cutter is a side plus. Put your pizza on a cutting board and the cutter makes short work of slicing the pie. Just like in a restaurant. Both are easy to clean.

Slides pizza right off
We just couldnât get our home made pizza from the pizza pan to the pizza oven! It would always stick, even if we sprinkled stuff under the dough. Many pizzas were ruined until we bought this! Itâs a goofy looking thing, but works perfectly! And when I say perfectly, I mean weâve never had a pizza not slide off into the pizza oven since using it! Itâs great!! I wish I wouldâve invented this myself!!

Beware Plastic + Hot
Overall, I have been happy with the item. It is easy to clean (comes apart easy) and has been fine for one handed covering. It is a plastic shell and after use I set it on a hot surface and it melted a little. Still works but the plastic cover does not. Other items, all metal or polymer handles, have not had the issue.

Pizza peel works well to transfer pizza to outdoor oven
Bought this to use in my outdoor pizza oven.I will say I wish the box had assembly instructions as I initially put the flat screw upside down as the front of the box shows.I also wish that this would have two prongs to stabilize the whole peel to the handle (see video for visual of what I am talking about).Works ok to transfer my soft pizza crust into the oven and remove cooked pizza from oven.I will say I did have to add a ton of flour to the peel to be able to safely transfer/slide the soft homemade pizza crust and/or the Pillsbury soft pizza dough into the outdoor pizza oven. I will try and use cornstarch next time as when we were eating the pizza it was too much flour on the bottom of the pizza.We also did use the peel to sit inside of the oven while cooking. It did help to not overcook the bottom of pizza inside of the oven. As the oven reaches temperatures of 700+ degrees I was noticing that my pizza stone was cooking the bottom of the pizza quickly and burning the bottom. By keeping the pizza on the peel and cooking it this way it made the pizza perfect.I did submit pictures of after use. You can see char marks on the metal. Looks fine to me and doesnât bother me.Came apart easily for cleaning. I did clean all in the dishwasher as once again there are no cleaning instructions.

Does the job but not sturdy
Bought this to replace an all wood version with a cloth loop that was great but is out of production now. In comparison, this is very lacking. The wood is too thin and Iâm worried about the handle just snapping off from the weight of a pizza. The plastic loop came creased in one part just from shoddy manufacturing.Can I make pizza with it? Yes, but itâs not nearly as enjoyable.

Precision Cutting, Tough to Clean
Fantastic pizza cutter. Allows you to apply good amount of force while still managing to be very precise with your cuts! Only downside is it is much more difficult to clean than a traditional pizza cutter. Our overall satisfaction with how well the product functions for its intended purpose outweighs the minimal added time to clean when compared to a typical pizza cutter!
