Stainless Steel Cookie sheets
I was looking for a stainless steel cookie sheet and found this to be a bargain for what you get. You get two pans and two cooling racks, which will come in handy for baking bacon. Upon opening this, you can see your own reflection in the pan that’s how shiny it is. The first initial use I laid some aluminum foil on the pan and I didn’t have any problems. The second use, I spritz some oil to make the surface non stick. After my bake job was done, the oil baked onto the sheet making it very difficult to clean. It turned a dull yellow. Regular dish soap didn’t help so I sprayed some oven cleaner which helped a little but the grease is still baked on, I may need to clean this a few more times to bring it back to its chrome shine again. I also read that this is dishwasher safe. I haven’t put mine in the dishwasher but it couldn’t hurt.Still, despite how difficult it is to keep shiny and clean I would buy this. I try and avoid cookware that’s already coated with a non-stick surface and this doesn’t have it. Also you get the cooling racks as an added bonus. I think from now on, I’ll just use some aluminum foil to make the clean up process easier. Also it does scratch easily so no brillo pads or steel wool on these pans. With proper care these can last as mine hasn’t warped in shape.

These pans and rack are the perfect size for a steak I usually dry-out my meats a bit before frying by putting it in the fridge. The pans will also handle the oven well. They are sturdy. Clean-up is straightforward, even on baked on things. Plan to buy a larger version soon.

Update: Almost a year and I love these pans more now then the day I bought them. I have used SOS pads on them because I had to and they came out clean and beautiful. I love these pans.Original Post: I have Nordic Ware sheets but was so tired of hand cleaning them and having marks, scratches and more; pans just don’t look nice. I bought these because they were dishwasher safe and have been extremely pleased with my purchase. They’re a bit smaller than then a half sheet, that I don’t like, but the clean up is extremely easy and wonderful. They come out of the dishwasher shiny and clean and look beautiful all the time. They do ‘pop’ in the oven at 425, maybe even lower, but return to shape soon as they cool. They’re not perfect but for the price they’re a real good buy.

Great pans with one substantial flaw
These pans are great in many ways. They are a good size for my apartment oven, very light and sturdy and attractive in their finish. Iâve noticed they also cool very quickly. Pull out of a 400* oven and within ten minutes can literally pick the pan up with bare hands itâs cooled so fast. My only complaint is that every time I use them, after about ten minutes the pans warp. Two sides audibly and visibly pop up and the pan is no longer flat. When making bacon, this pop cause grease to splatter up. With anything, it affects even cooking. The strange thing is that once out of the oven, within a few minutes the pan returns to its perfectly flat state again. Didnât bother me too much until I realized the grease shatter because of the warping.

These are great to cook with, cleaning is easy and the grill works great with the pan. I think I would rather have the larger “single” pan, you can buy but for the price of one large pan you get these 3. The price is a bit high but it’s ok. Great for lamb, pork chops and baking cookies as well.I would recommend buying the “single” larger one but it’s the same price as the 3 piece….your choice.
