I use these alot on my Blackstone Griddle and they work great. They are a good size because I can put the Blackstone dome over it with no problem. I have a smaller non-Blackstone dome that barely fits over the racks. I use these alot when cooking meat after the meats after the outside cooks the way I like it I then put the meat on the racks and put the dome over it to cook the inside of meat to desired likeness without burning the outside.

I got these P&P CHEF Mini Grid Baking Racks for my outdoor griddle setup, and they’re pretty good. They are sturdier than your average rack and they’re actually real stainless steel, not that cheap plated stuff that chips and rusts.I got the 2-pack of 8.75″ to save room on the griddle. While small, one can hold two 3/4-pound burgers side by side, and I stacked them 4 high for a total of 8 burgers.They clean up pretty easy. I use Dawn Powerwash on them when I remember to bring them inside.These are solid racks and are definitely worth checking out.
