Very Sharp and smooth!
I needed a new vegetable peeler, and thought this looked like a fun set. The peeler is excellent. Butternut squash is generally a pain to skin, but this was so smooth and easy to use. The julienne blade is fun and functions well, I used it on carrots. Haven’t tried any of the other blades, but probably they work just as well.

The regular peeler is unremarkable. It is fine for thin-skinned veggies like cucumbers snd carrots. Not so great for potatoes. However, I love the fancy schmancy peeler that makes both ribbons and fairly fine julienne strips. Iâve only used it on carrots, but it made great skinny strips for coleslaw and very thin ribbons for salads. Only complaint is that bits and pieces get stuck, and you have to clean them out frequently. They provide a little brush for that purpose, which is helpful. Also a long, thin tool, which I have no idea how to use, since the set does not come with instructions. All in all, Iâm satisfied.?

Bought this to start making the famous carrot salad and honestly, it’s a little tricky to use. Does not seem solid although it’s not broken yet.
The peeler is a little small and works so-so. The green shredder/peeler can be adjusted to use different blades but it’s not as sturdy as I would like and rotates while using.
Also, it’s not super easy to clean. I would consider one that only does one thing and has one setting if I were to purchase again.

I tried using this to peel carrots and make carrot sticks. It just scraped the carrot and when I used it on the larger teeth the strips got caught under the other blades. I retired my appliance because it was a pain to clean, but this is worse than the machine. The seller has not tried to contact me since the last review.
