I cook with only CAST IRON Cookware. Although cast iron is a healthier cookware to use, easier to clean when kept seasoned properly , they are a pain in the neck to store because you have to keep them oiled. I can not have all my pans on top of my stove. I do not like storing them inside my ovens either. I like things put away and my kitchen looking uncluttered if you will. So, with all that said. These racks came in handy because I took an opened cabinet space under neath my island, I lined a silicone mat the same color of my cabinet on the bottom of the cabinet , set this rack on that mat, and stacked each pan on the rack. Looks great, works amazing. I can oil my pans when Iâm done using them and put them away without making a mess inside the cabinet. The rack is sturdy it holds 5 sizes of cast iron cookware. Good find . Easy purchase, no problem receiving . Win Win .

The pot rack was simple to construct, though I would caution you to tighten all the metal screws including the two screws pre-set by the manufacturer. Assembled, it was sturdy.The pot rack fit into the cabinet, but sitting on a pull-out drawer, it is too tall to completely open the drawer. (Second pic.) I put four large sauté and frying pans on the rack but had to invert the top pan to compensate for the up-sloped handle. Not happy about that inversion and being a little cumbersome to pull out a pan, I removed the drawer and rails to simplify the use of the rack.With the drawer gone, all pans now store normally. The cabinet is under the cooktop, so there is plenty of room for the rack. I put the drawer and rails behind the rack and pulling out the pans is easy. (See pic.) I donât think I can utilize the space beside or in front of the rack for anything.They’re great vertical organizers and would be better if my cabinet was either larger or smaller than currently. I needed a tall rack for the four pans and only one cabinet was without a back shelf. I donât like the unusable space, but there was unusable space before installing the pot rack. At least the pans are better organized and do not sit on each other.â¦but I’ll update this after several months of usage.

I appreciate that it’s heavy enough to be stable when taking out or putting away pots and pans.It was easy to assemble, and adjusting the shelves to get the best arrangement for cookware was super easy.As my picture shows, I have a pull out drawer that I put it in and not only is it a perfect fit, but it is steady when pulling the drawer out and the items on it stay in place very well. At first I was worried about accessing the bottom when I have a couple inch side on the existing drawer, but we’ve had no problems.I love it for my particular needs, but wouldn’t want it on a coutertop. It’s too industrial looking to have visible for my taste, but it holds a lot and is very useful wherever you decide to put it.

Sturdy!
I’ve had one of the adjustable pot and pan organizers for several years. Over time, the shelf gizmos started to bend. But what finally made me buy a different one was how the adjustable shelf gizmos constantly popped loose. Crash! Bang! And there I was yanking everything out AGAIN and re-adjusting it all.I chose this organizer after reading reviews for several types. What sold me were the solid shelves and the 4-pronged hooks into the sturdy center. It was very easy to put together and nothing wiggles!I put it all together on my kitchen floor and then of course to actually get it into my cupboard I had to take all the shelves off again. No biggie. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

Not study enough
I was hoping to have one of these on my kitchen counter and several underneath, so ordered one to give it a try. I like that you can use up to four shelves and that it’s adjustable, and it looks very nice. However, each shelf has some play in it, so when you put a pot on it with any weight, the shelf no longer sits level, but slants downward instead, up to 3/4″ from back to front. I was hoping to use for my cast iron pans (each under the stated weight limit), but would never feel safe housing them on this, especially on top of nice counters that could be damaged by a collapse or a pan slipping off).I initiated a return, but decided it’s not worth the shipping, so will keep it and use it for tupperware and one lower-weight pan. That’s about all I’d want to put on this. I don’t care for the look of non-even shelves so have figured out a way to stick a little felt pad under each shelf to get it to sit more level, but you shouldn’t have to do this.This is one of the more expensive pot racks being sold on Amazon, so I see no reason to pay this amount, when you can get something with probably the same issues for less. I really wanted to love this because I need several more for under the counter and this does look very nice once you level out the shelves.
