I use these stainless “organizers” to stand up rib racks and chicken halves in my Weber-style grill when smoking or low-heat roasting. The distance between the points is adjustable – the food can stand up and the distance between the pieces adjusted to let heat and smoke through. Standing the meat up allows more distance between the hot coals and the food – put the coals on one side of the grill and the meat on the other. Put a drip pan or foil under the meat. I usually sear chicken on the coals for a few minutes before standing it up to crisp the skin a little and to keep all the juice from running out while it cooks.Several of my friends and neighbors bought them for this purpose after seeing me using them. They can also be used similarly in the oven or even a large pot. Or, just use them to organize your cookware!

I can now open my cupboard without a pile of dishes falling all over me. 🙂 Not too sure what the hooks are for though. It’s a good product, I just wish the dividers were a little bigger width.

Resizeable lid holder is versatile
I needed something to organize my lids for all my pots inside of my cabinet and this worked great. My lids were of all shapes and sizes and the adjustability of this holder makes it awesome to use. I could fit all my lids in an organized fashion inside my cabinet. Very happy
