Good for plastic
These are well made, great sizes, love the grove to catch juice, and they don’t slip on the counter at all. I have been on the hunt for boards to replace my current plastic ones because of all the microplastics, and couldn’t find any wood ones I liked. So I ended up with these because it’s so hard to not have boards that I can just throw in the dishwasher to sanitize them really well. I will use them until they get grooves in them and then replace, but I think they will last quite awhile because they are so well made.
