Great for bortello pizza oven
Perfect size for pizza oven only complaint is the dough sometimes gets hung up in the cut out slots but the turning one makes it easy to turn in tight spaces

These pizza peels are actually pretty nice for home use. We have a portable pizza oven and also a pizza stone for when we bake the pizzaâs inside. The peel works really well releasing the pizza and picking it up when itâs done. The pizza turner is the smaller one and that one helps rotate the pizza in a smaller opening. I donât use the smaller one outside as the pizza oven I have has a built in rotating knob so no need for that part as the pizza cooks you just rotate the knob. These peels are easy to clean and lightweight. I also like the slightly shorter handles as they donât get in the way.

Nice Pizza Peels
These are nice, the handles are probably longer than you realize, which is good for super hot ovens! They have good nonstick main body, pizza’s (and whatever else you’re cooking) slide off with no effort at all. They are good and rigid, no flopping around but the peel part has enough flex for any situation I’ve been in. The reason for the 4 star instead of 5, is one of the screws for the handles was stripped and couldn’t be used, so the little one only has 2 screw on it, it’s been fine so far, but I wish it had all three.
