Super sharp knifes
This set is awesome. Knifes are super sharp and cutting is simple and smooth. It’s made with high carbon stainless steel that has to be washed manually and not dishwasher safe. It’s good for cutting meat and produce, bread and anything you possibly need for average household kitchen. It’s little bit pricey but you pay for quality. This set can be a perfect gift for friends and family: nicely packed in magnet closing case box. Whole set looks stunning and well designed handles makes you feel comfortable holding it.

Decent set!
We finally broke out this knife set to make chicken noodle soup. The first thing we cut was carrots, and several of the knives did a fine job. Then we thought that wasn’t really a fair first test, so I used the Santoku knife to cut a frozen chicken breast flat across the middle, and the knife moved through it like butter. It’s been a long time since I have used a knife that cut through frozen chicken that easily.The knives just feel good in my hand. They are lightweight and feel well balanced, and I really like the grip. I actually put them back in the box and stashed them away so nobody else will use them. I am just not ready to share, yet!

My son is a budding chef and needed his own set to work on his knifing skills. He said that the knives are excellent and that his chef even complimented him on the set. The only thing this set needs is a carrying case and it would be beyond perfect.

These knives are so pristine itâs crazy super fancy the weighted handle is a must it just feels good to cut something with these knives and itâs so smooth and satisfying. I think itâs a great value for your money considering how sharp these knives are and how comfortable they are they really do feel like a $300 set of knives.

This is a beautiful set of knives. Their sharpness is fantastic and cut very well. They are also very well made. The weight is decent. It’s not too heavy but also not too light that you’d think they were cheap feeling. Sadly, it doesn’t come with a knife block, but you can always buy a cheap knife block for them if you want to display them like that. If not, they can easily be stored in a drawer or somewhere else. Having the different styles of knives means you can obviously use them for all kinds of needs in the kitchen.

These knives are well-made right out of the box. They have a nicely balanced feel in my hand, and most importantly, they are incredibly sharp. I cut tomato slices so thin that you could read a newspaper through them. I am happy to recommend this product.

No, this won’t be better than your wusthof shun knife set, but for the very low price, you get the basics you need. Most people truly don’t need more than a chef’s knife, bread knife, and a paring knife. The addition of a mid size utility knife and a long thin carving knife is just a nice addition. They are not super sharp out of the box, but are easy to sharpen. They don’t hold an edge for super long, but just sharpen them more often. They feel ergonomic enough in hand. Weight balance is not perfect, but admirable for the very low price. This is a good set consider the very low price.
