We like this knife — it is super-sharp and the blade quality is excellent. Can cut foods into thin slices with east. It is relatively inexpensive. However, it does not appear that it is intended for long-term (years) use, as the handle is made of plastic. The safety cover prevents accidental cuts and keeps the knife sharp, which is helpful. Good knifes, very sharp. We are using them each day and they still sharp. Took 1 star, because after two weeks on one knife appeared rust spot, but it doesn’t spread further 🙂 In general they are good in hand and comfortable to use. Also I really like that they are bright colors 😀

These knives are fantastic. They are extremely sharp and great for cutting fruits and vegetables. I use them in place of steak knives also. They cut through meat like itâs butter. They are a cheaper quality, but still nice and the perfect size and weight. Some people mentioned that they rust easy. They will if you put them in the dishwasher. I never put any of my sharp knives in the washer, it dulls the blade quicker. I usually wash and dry these knives as soon as I use them. If you do this, you wonât get any rust and theyâll stay sharp longer. For the great price, I bought three packages. You never seem to have enough knives!

One of the best features is the blade covers for these knives. You feel a little safer putting these in a drawer, knowing you have less of a chance for an injury from an exposed blade. Knives are quite sharp. I would buy these again with no hesitation.

They are almost too sharp
The first time I used these knives I cut myself quite badly. They are almost too sharp. There is no chance to catch yourself when realizing that you are hitting your finger. The blades are thinner and very much like a razor. They are as sharp as a razor as well. I have been using them now for almost two months and the sharpness has not diminished. You definitely want to keep these away from children. All in all, if I had read the reviews before buying them (I regret that I didn’t) I probably would not have bought them. While the sharpness is great in many ways, I just don’t think it’s worth the extra care that has to be taken, and I do have children in the house.
