Works like a dream
I chose this for the look. I love the knob and buttons. Luckily it doesnât only look good but it works like a dream. The defrost function is better than on my last microwave. It heats up the food quite quickly and evenly. I was not sure how I felt about the dark interior but now that I have it I donât mind at all, it doesnât seem like something so far fetched I like it a lot. This is a definite recommend.

Very nice Microwave. Easy to Use.
Very nice Microwave. Easy to use. The stainless looks goes great in my kitchen with all of the other stainless faced appliances we have.

An exceptional microwave with two serious but not deal-breaking flaws
It’s a microwave. They are somewhat ubiquitous these days. Panasonic has built a well-deserved reputation for making excellent models. This is another one. I bought it because it was the physically smallest one they make currently that is still “full” 1100 wat power. And it does its job. It performs flawlessly.HOWEVER, IMHO, Panasonic made two serious flaws with this model — neither are deal breakers, but both are annoying: 1) There is no light inside the unit — not something I thought to check on as every microwave I’ve had for years included an interior light. 2) The interior is dark gray. It appears to be (is) an easy to clean surface (4 stars), but you need a flashlight to see if you’ve gotten all the splatter (1 star).Come on, Panasonic. What were you thinking? The interior of EVERY microwave should be WHITE. Decorate the exterior as fashion dictates but DON’T mess with the insides! (And give me back my light from models past.)

Good price; fast shipping; excellent seller
Needed to replace our microwave and searched high and low for one that would fit our above counter location. Found this microwave on Amazon and it was lower in price than other big box retailers. The microwave shipped very quickly and was well packaged to prevent any damage. We are very happy with the features and the interior of the microwave is gray which makes the clean up easier. The clock display, etc. are much larger and brighter than the old microwave – making it easier to read. We highly recommend this microwave oven and the seller.

Died in 4 months
They seriously shouldnât sell products when there is no quality or pride in the product anymore. Panasonic, I hope you stand behind the warranty since itâs only been four months and the unit just died. Plugged in, (I obviously have power to the outlet) and there is no power coming into the microwave whatsoever. I canât get anything to come on. No lights, numbers, no sounds. The unit is completely dead. Researching it sounds like I need to run it down to Salt Lake City to have a repair shop look at it only hoping that it is covered under their warranty in full. If not, I just pissed away $200. Will try and talk to customer service through their Chatbot and see what they say since itâs the weekend. In the meantime, I do not have the use of the microwave. Very disappointed! I would not waste my money on this brand or this unit.

Very convenient
Very convenient and easy to use. The 30s add-up button is the feature I used the most.

Blinding display light
Our last panasonic lasted years , over ten years . This machine does not pass the wife test . It has a dark gray interior making it harder to see to clean properly. The interior light is far, far to dim , making it hard to see the cooking food and to see to clean . The outside display light is way to bright . It lights up the kitchen to bright to look at first thing in the morning .

Love it
I replaced my KitchenAid microwave (the touch pad was malfunctioning) with this Panasonic. So far so good. I got Panasonic because I have had one that lasted over 18 years! I’m going to see if this one will.
