They have a thin front edge so they pick up pancakes, etc. very well, and do not melt from the heat of the pan. Wash up like a breeze and were a good price. The first ones had an off-smell and were “flimsy.” The second ones were just the right size – for a little girl’s tea party. SIGH.So today, when I got the two spatulas, I opened the box slowly – and smiled. They are well-made. They are just right for use in my fry pans. And the blue color looks, well, really fine. I recommend.
